Frequently Asked Questions
How much is it to come to the playground?
FREE! Everything at the playground is 100% free. This includes entry, food, special events, you name it, it'll be free.
Do I need to book?
You do NOT need to book to attend the playground unless coming as an organised group during school holidays (e.g. youth group, after school care) in which case we ask you to message us on Facebook or email alan@balticstreetadventureplay.co.uk to let us know you'll be coming.
What age group is the playground for?
The playground is aimed at children aged 6-12 however younger children are welcome if supervised by an adult. Older children are also welcome to come and play but they may get roped into volunteering whilst they're here!
What is an "open gate policy"?
The open gate policy means that our main gate will remain open throughout opening hours, children can come and go as they please and staff will not stop a child from leaving if that is what they wish to do.
If you do not want your child to leave the playground we recommend either agreeing that with them before they attend or coming with them to supervise.
Can I bring my dog?
No. As much as we love our four legged friends, the only dogs allowed on site are those owned by members of staff. This is because we have free roaming chickens and ducks on the playground.
Should I bring my own food?
You can bring your own food to the playground however we do provide hot meals every day for the children. If your child has certain dietary requirements let us know as soon as you can so that we can accommodate them! As stated above, all the food is free!
