Our Operations Manager, Sarah McMillan undertakes all day-to-day administration, and co-ordinates the on- site team to ensure the core provision is delivered. She keeps the organisation running, building new partnerships and organising all outreach and communications. She ensures that the board has all the information and support it needs to undertake their roles, collaboratively and in parallel with the on-site team. 

The Operational Manager’s responsibilities are to:

Take on all of the “back of house” administration, including book-keeping, fundraising, staff rotas and record-keeping

Do all of the administration and reporting for grants 

Enable the play workers to focus on upholding the objectives of the organisation and delivering the core provision

To report every six weeks to the board, raising any operational issues and challenges. 

Organise partnership work and build the volunteer team.
